Summer is all kicking back with a cold drink to cool you down. Enjoy this refreshingly sweet coffee, perfect for chasing away the heat and humidity!

½ cup of coarse coffee ground
2 cups of filtered water
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (chilled)
Sweetener
Ice cubes
Lemon wedges or slices + lemon zest for garnish
Combine the coffee grinds and water in an airtight container and leave in the fridge for at least 12-16 hours.
Once the cold brew coffee is ready, prepare your ice-filled glass, add lemon slices and pour the lemon juice over the ice. Serve immediately. Less
