A Peach Cold Brew is a refreshing and invigorating beverage that combines the smooth richness of cold brew coffee with the sweet and juicy flavors of peaches. It starts with making cold brew coffee, which involves steeping coffee grounds in cold water for an extended period of time, typically around 20 hours. This results in a less acidic and smoother coffee concentrate.

Directions
In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.
Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 20 hours to create a cold brew concentrate.
After steeping, strain the cold brew concentrate using a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter to remove the coffee grounds. Discard the grounds.
In a glass, combine 1/2 cup of the cold brew concentrate with 1/2 cup of peach juice or puree. Adjust the quantities based on your desired coffee-to-peach ratio.
If desired, you can also add sweeteners, such as sugar or honey, to taste if you prefer a sweeter drink. Stir well to combine.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the Peach Cold Brew mixture over the ice.
Give it a gentle stir to chill the drink and blend the flavors together.
Optionally, garnish with slices of peach or sprigs of mint for an extra touch of freshness and presentation. Serve and enjoy your homemade Peach Cold Brew!
