A Toasted Marshmallow Espresso Campfire Cocktail is a creative and delicious drink that combines the flavors of toasted marshmallows, espresso, and a campfire ambiance. It's an unique twist on the classic campfire treat, bringing together the richness of espresso with the sweet and toasty notes of marshmallows. The cocktail typically includes ingredients such as vodka, marshmallow syrup, espresso, and a touch of heavy cream. The rim of the glass is often adorned with graham cracker crumbs to mimic the traditional s'mores experience.
To make a Toasted Marshmallow Espresso Campfire Cocktail, rim the martini glass first. Take a plate and pour a small amount of graham cracker crumbs onto it. Moisten the rim of the martini glass with a slice of lime or water, and then dip it into the crumbs, rotating it to coat the rim evenly. Set the glass aside. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, marshmallow syrup, cooled espresso or coffee, and heavy cream, and then shake the mixture in the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. This will chill the cocktail and blend the flavors together. Pour the strained cocktail, using a strainer to catch any ice or solids from the shaker, into the rimmed martini glass. To garnish with a toasted marshmallow, skewer a marshmallow onto a long cocktail pick or skewer. Hold it over an open flame until it reaches your desired level of toasting.
