Coffee jelly is made with strong brewed coffee, sugar, and gelatin. It has a smooth texture and a rich coffee flavor. Coffee jelly can be served by itself as a refreshing dessert or as a topping for drinks, ice cream, cakes, or other desserts. It's definitely a delightful treat for coffee lovers!
How to make Coffee Jelly?
To make coffee jelly, you need to start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. At the same time, dissolve a spoonful of gelatin powder in a small amount of water and set it aside to bloom. Afterward, heat up the brewed coffee gently in a pan with some sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved, and then add and stir the bloomed gelatin mixture in the pan until everything is fully dissolved. Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or individual serving glasses, and refrigerate it for more than 4 hours, until it solidifies into jelly form. Once set, you can serve the coffee jelly right away, with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk or a dollop of whipped cream for added sweetness and creaminess. Enjoy this delightful coffee-flavored dessert.

Mix the strongly brewed coffee and some granulated sugar in a saucepan. Heat up the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the cold water and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom.
Add the bloomed gelatin mixture to the warmed coffee mixture in the saucepan. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Pour it into a shallow dish or individual serving glasses.
Refrigerate the coffee jelly for more than 4 hours or until it solidifies in jelly form.
Once the coffee jelly is set, you can serve it as is or with some sweetened condensed milk for added creaminess. Drizzle some condensed milk over the jelly and gently mix it in, or serve it on the side for individual preference.
