Ingredients

• 100g of pumpkin

• 30g of honey

• 30ml of room-temperature water

• 200ml of milk

• 40ml of espresso

• 100g of whipped cream

• 8g of white sugar

Directions

1. Steam 100g of pumpkin until tender, then let it cool down.

2. Combine 30ml of room-temperature water, 100g of cooked pumpkin, and 30g of honey in a blender, then blend until smooth.

3. Pour all the pumpkin puree into a glass, and use a spoon to spread the puree along the cup for an even layer.

4. Use the Melitta Montalatte milk frother to heat the 200ml milk, and pour the warm milk into the glass over the pumpkin mixture, filling the glass about 80% full.

5. Add 40ml of espresso to the glass, then top it off with some whipped cream.

6. Decorate with fun toppings like candy eyes and sprinkles to complete your Halloween festive drink!
