3 oz of cream cheese, softened2 tsp of cocoa powder
½ cup of heavy cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
¼ cup of powdered zero-calorie sweetener
A pinch of salt
Place cream cheese in a large bowl, then beat using an electric mixer until it is light and fluffy.
Turn the mixer to low speed, then slowly add heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Add sweetener, cocoa powder and salt, and mix well.
Turn the mixer to higher speed for another 1-2 mins until the mixture is light and fluffy.
