RETURN POLICY
Wabilogic.com purchases can be returned by mail using our online return center, sign in to your Wabilogic account to get started.
Wabilogic's Return Policy
Most unopened items sold by Wabilogic™ in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items must be returned to us unused with all the original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet our policy or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Only those items sold directly by us can be returned to Wabilogic.com. Some items sold by other retailers may have a different return policy than us. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund.
Deductions
If the original purchase includes a third-party gift, the value of the gift will be subtracted from the refund amount.
HOW DO I REPLACE OR RETURN A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM PURCHASED?
Some items may be eligible for a refund or replacement request online. To begin:
If you’d like to exchange an item purchased on Wabilogic.com, call our Customer Services at 1-844-WABI008 or email us at customercare@wabilogic.com. If the item you want is available, we can process a return and place a new order for the item, honoring the original purchase price.
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.
Refunds typically take up to 10 working days. Refunds to a third-party credit card typically take up to 14 working days. For information about refunds to a third-party credit card, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned to our Online Return Center before refunds can be processed.
You can return an item you received as a gift to Wabilogic.com using a gift receipt or packing slip, and you’ll receive a refund in the form of store credit. If a merchandise return credit was used to pay for any portion of the sales transaction, you’ll receive that portion of the refund as store credit. If you don't have the gift receipt or packing slip for the item, you may receive store credit in our store.
Items purchased from us can also be returned by mail using the gift receipt or packing slip. To return your gift by mail, please contact Wabilogic.com Customer Services at 1-844-WABI008 or by email to customercare@wabilogic.com.
If you didn't receive a packing slip with your gift, you can contact Wabilogic.com Customer Services for help in processing your return.
Please note:
Return items should be boxed with the original packaging provided and brought to the same point of delivery for the carrier to pick up.
Pickups are scheduled during the carrier’s normal business hours and typically have an 8-hour pickup window. Depending on your location, carriers may need additional time to pick up your return.
Include the packing slip with your item so our return center can process your refund. If you don’t have a packing slip, you can still return your item to our return center. Please contact our Customer Services.
Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited. Other restrictions may apply.
