  •  What if my coffeemaker's display works normally, but the unit does not brew after pressing the start or stop brewing cycle button?

    Unplug the coffeemaker, and then wait around 30sec to plug the coffeemaker. 
     

     

  • How to set the timer?

    Please make sure the Coffeemaker  is already set the clock before the timer could be set.

    How to set the timer:
    1. Press Clock icon, Auto will appear on the display and timer will flash
    2. Press M button to set the desired minute
    3. Press H button to set the desired hour
    once the timer stops flashing, the current time will be displayed.
    4. Press AUTO button, AUTO will appear on the display and the appliance will start at the time you set.

     

  • What if my coffee not hot enough?

    (1) When first setting up the coffeemaker, it is necessary to turn on the unit and allow the water run through a complete brew cycle before an actual coffee brewing. 
    (2) Use room temperature water to brew coffee.
    (3) Recommend to brew full carafe of coffee.
    (4) Pre-heat the cup or mug by rinse hot water then pour coffee from the carafe.
     

  • What if my coffee does not stay warm?

    This coffeemaker has an automatic shut-off feature, there is a safety feature that would automatically shut off your coffeemaker after 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90minutes and 120minutes (default 120minutes), You can change the keep warm time as your desire.

  • What if my carafe dribble when I pour with it?

    (1) Try pouring the coffee moderately.
    (2) Try pouring the coffee within the width of the spout of the carafe.

     

  • What if no quick start guide in the box?

  • How often do I have to descale my coffeemaker?

    (1) Recommend to descale the unit every 30-40 brews.
    (2) Your coffeemaker brews longer than it used to.
    (3) When you see the DESCALE icon is appeared in display

     

  • How do I know that my coffeemaker needs to be descaled?

    (1) Your coffeemaker brews longer than it used to.
    (2) When you see the DESCALE icon is appeared in display
    (3) More steam and noise during the brewing process

    If any of these symptoms occur with your coffee machine, we recommend descaling the machine immediately. Otherwise your machine may become blocked by limescale deposits and break down. With very severe limescale deposits the above-mentioned symptoms may persist after the first descaling process. If this is the case, we recommend you repeat the descaling process using a suitable descaler.

    Regular descaling will extend your coffee machine’s service life.

    Please note that repairing damage caused by calcification is not covered by the warranty.

     

  • What does it mean when the DESCALE icon is appeared in display?

    1. Descale icon will appear as a reminder to clean the appliance during making coffee. Descale the appliance as soon as possible.
    2. Follow the manufacturer instructions regarding amounts and pour the descaler into the water tank. We recommend using "Melitta" Anti Calc Machine" or 8oz(~0.24L) of white vinegar.
    3. Press Start or Stop Brewing Cycle button to start the descaling process and follow the decalcifying agent manufacturer's instructions.
    4. When the decalcifying agent has fully run through the appliance, the brew cycle will stop automatically.
    5. after descaling process, the appliance should be rinsed through with fresh water at least 2 times, using the maximum amount of water  in the water tank without coffee, this will remove any remaining limescale deposits.
    6. Press CALC button until the descale icon disappears from the display after descaling and rinsing processes are done.


     

  • How do I clean my coffeemaker?

    (1) Always unplug the unit before cleaning. 
    (2) The unit must never be cleaned under running water and must never be immersed in water. 
    (3) The glass carafe, the lid and the filter basket are dishwasher safe. 
    (4) Clean the housing of your coffeemaker with a damp cloth only.
    (5) Make sure the dashboard is dry after clean.



     

  • What if the illuminated boiling indicator does not illuminate?

    The illuminated boiling indicator is light on only during brewing.



     

  • What if my coffeemaker does not brew coffee?

    (1) Make sure the coffeemaker is plugged into a working 120V electrical outlet.
    (2) Make sure the display is turned on.
    (3) Make sure the water reservoir has water in it.
    (4) Press start or stop brewing cycle button to start the coffee brewing.
     

  • What if my coffeemaker brew longer than it's used to?

    Your coffeemaker may require descaling to remove mineral deposits that build up over time. Please refer to quick start guide for detail how to descale the unit.
     

  • What if the coffee grounds and coffee in the filter basket are causing the coffeemaker overflow?

    (1) Do not remove the carafe from the coffeemaker more than 20 seconds while the coffeemaker is operating.
    (2) The carafe may not have been properly positioned under the filter basket. Be sure the carafe is centered directly under the filter basket.
    (3) Putting too much coffee grounds may cause the coffeemaker to overflow.
    (4) Always use #4 cone paper filter.
    (5) The paper filter may have become folded over. Make sure the paper filter is properly centered in the filter basket. 
    (6) Using coffee that is too finely ground can sometimes result in overflow. Always use the right coffee ground size for drip coffeemakers.

  • What if water is leaking from the machine?

    (1) Don't overfilling the water tank. If too much water is added it will flow to the filter holder side of the unit.
    (2) Make sure no leakage water from water tank.

  • What if my coffee is leaking from the machine?

    (1) Make sure the filter basket is properly in position.
    (2) Make sure the carafe is in place.

     

  •  What if my coffee taste weak?

    (1) Age of coffee ground affects its taste. Old coffee may taste stale. The coffee will taste the best if you use fresh coffee ground.
    (2) Quality of coffee ground and type of water you use will have an impact on the coffee taste.
    (3) Always use fresh or filtered water.
    (4) The cleanliness of your coffeemaker. 
    (5) Make sure to descale the unit when descale icon appears on the display.
    (6) Recommend 1 scoop per cup.(use provided spoon)
