It’s the simplest and oldest way to process coffee. For this method, the whole coffee plant cherry is dried in the sun right after harvesting. After the cherries are dry, they are hulled in a machine to remove all layers that cover the green coffee bean.
Before exporting, the skin and dried fruit flesh are removed mechanically. The taste of natural coffee is always described as red wine. The flavors as fruitiness and sweetness added during the natural process whatever the variety and region.
